Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). This does not include weekends or holidays. Custom orders may require additional time depending on complexity.

Shipping Methods & Tracking
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped.

Delays & Delivery Issues
Once your package has been handed to the carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. Please contact USPS or UPS directly for any delivery concerns.

Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was entered during checkout.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS) using your tracking number and photos. Since shipments include $100 insurance, the carrier will process the claim directly. Please also notify me within 3 days of delivery so I’m aware of the issue.
